Requirements for obtaining a real estate license in New Jersey include:

○ Being at least 18 years old.

○ Having a high school diploma or equivalent.

○ Completing 75 hours of pre-licensing education at an approved school.

○ Passing the New Jersey real estate licensing exam.

○ Submitting to a fingerprinting and background check.

○ Being sponsored by a licensed real estate broker.
