July 2025 CMMI V3.0 Virtual Training

Ready to go for CMMI V3.0? Feeling stuck at a crossroads with CMMI? Broadsword’s virtual edition of the CMMI Institute certified courses will provide you with in-depth understanding of CMMI V3.0. You will gain knowledge on how to use CMMI for improving performance and participating in CMMI-based improvement programs. Broadsword will supply you with the tools needed for a successful appraisal.

We offer three classes over the course of a week as stand-alone, and/or bundled options.

• Foundations of Capability – July 15 and 16 (required)
• Building DEV Excellence – July 17 (pick one or more)
• Building SVC Excellence – July 18 (pick one or more)

If you are brand new to CMMI, you will need to take Foundations of Capability and one of the Building Excellence classes. We offer both Building Development Excellence and Building Services Excellence. Take one, or both, to become a CMMI V3.0 Associate!

These classes will inspire you with a detailed overview of the new CMMI V3.0 model architecture, practice areas and practices, along with the new CMMI V3.0 Appraisal Method. Content is presented in the form of energetic lectures, games, and exercises. Not only will you have a clear, complete, understanding -- you will retain your knowledge in our in-depth learning environment.

How will I access the class?

You will receive an invitation from our instructor with a Zoom GOV link prior to the class. You will need a laptop or a tablet, with a reliable internet connection, camera and microphone.

When will I receive the materials?

Access to the CMMI model is granted approximately 24-48 hours prior to the start of the class. We will also email you several supplemental materials (PDFs and word documents) that will be used in the class.

Do I have to be on camera?

Due to CMMI Institute guidelines, cameras and microphones need to be on during the course of the class. If this presents an issue, please let us know in advance.

I’m a Project Manager. Can I earn PDUs?

Yes! You can earn up to 8 PDUs per day of class. Your end of class certification will serve as validation, should you get audited.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellation within seven days will result in no refund of registration fees.

Do you offer any discounts?

Early bird discounts are available for seats purchased 30 days prior to the start of class.

Do you offer any private classes?

Yes! A minimum of 10 students is required for a private class. Please contact us for scheduling and availability.
