Costume Pickup & Delivery Options:

$35 – Pickup from Band House and deliver to Carnival Glam Hub.
$50 – Pickup from Band House and deliver to your accommodations in Kingston.

Kingston Airport Transportation Services:

$65 – One-way transfer from the airport to Kingston accommodations.
$100 – Roundtrip airport transportation to and from Kingston accommodations.

Additional Service – $35
Get dressed at Carnival Glam Hub and enjoy:

Access to changing rooms
Help from dressing assistants
On-site seamstress support
Shuttle service to any band
Alcohol and refreshments included

Refund Policy:

Once a package is purchased, our team will reach out to you to sign waiver forms for collection.
Refunds are only issued if the delivery location is in a volatile area or outside our delivery area.
All sales are final and non-refundable.

Spacious changing rooms and dedicated dressing assistants to help you get ready.

What happens after I pay for the Package

Our team will reach out to you for additional information necessary to collect the package on your behalf.

I’m booked at Carnival Glam Hub. Can my costume be delivered there?

Yes! If you’re booked at Glam Hub, your costume and wings will be delivered straight to the hub and stored securely in our Wing Check area until you arrive.

Is airport Round Trip only for Kingston

Yes. We are only servicing Kingston transfers and deliveries

Is there a help line I can call

What if I miss my delivery time?

If our team has to return to your location more than once, you’ll be required to pay an additional transportation fee.

What if I’m staying outside Kingston or in a high-risk area?

Our team will reach out after purchase to confirm your delivery address. Refunds are only issued if your location is outside our delivery zone or considered unsafe. Or we can schedule a meet up point

If you’re booked at Carnival Glam Hub, you can relax. We have skilled Carnival seamstresses on site to assist with adjustments on the day.
