Whether you're curious, experiencing it firsthand, or supporting someone who is, this event is for you. Our Nurse Practitioner will provide insights, tips, and a safe space to discuss this natural phase of life. Enjoy light snacks and beverages. Attendees will also have the opportunity to have their hormone levels checked to see where they stand.
