Program Description:

Transform your athletic potential this summer with Invictas Elite Summer Strength Camp designed specifically for student-athletes looking to build strength, agility, and mental toughness. Led by experienced trainers from a veteran-owned company, this camp offers specialized training for high school and middle school athletes across all sports. Whether you’re looking to increase your power, speed, or endurance, Invictas has the tools and expertise to take you to the next level.

Dates: June & July
Session Options: Choose to train in June, July, or both months!
Training Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Best for balancing training with recovery)
Price:

  • Single Month (June or July): $250
  • Both Months (June & July): $450 (Save $50!)

Frequently asked questions

If my participant is a beginner can they join?

Yes. Participants of all skill abilities are encouraged to join. Workouts are programmed with modifications and scalability in mind.

What should my student-athlete bring to training?

Each athlete is encouraged to wear workout attire; sneakers and bring a water bottle. There is a refilling station onsite.

What if we miss a training day?

Unfortunately, there are not scheduled makeup days.

Is there medical staff and supplies onsite?

Our staff is trained to offer first response and basic medical, as well as AED and CPR trained. There are basic medical supplies onsite for non-emergent injuries.

Are classes offered outside of summer training camps?

Yes! We encourage parents to discuss with their coach if they are interested in pursuing month-month group classes or 1:1 training.

What ages can attend?

The summer strength camps are currently geared for middle school and high school athletes. Some exceptions can be made to accommodate younger athletes, please contact staff for an evaluation prior to camp start dates.
