Frequently asked questions

I want to go but I don't have anyone to go with. Can I attend alone?

Absolutely! In fact, most of attendees go alone and leave with a bunch of new friends. This is one of the most welcoming events for people coming solo.

I don't have a business yet but I have an idea. Can I go?

Yes! Many people who are interested in opening a business but are just at the idea stage come to these events to start connecting and get inspired.

I am not an immigrant. Can I still come?

Everyone is welcome! The focus of our group is immigrant entrepreneurs, but if you are entrepreneurial, welcoming and willing to make connections and support the community, you are more than welcomed!

I am a stakeholder (work for a bank, insurance company, organization). Can I go?

We try to create a safe environment for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs. We will, however, create a mixer event where entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders will be invited. Stay tuned!
