Welcome to iEmpower's 2025 Youth Leadership Conference! Join us for an exciting and transformative week of learning, networking, and empowerment at THE Elizabeth City State University!
Our theme this year is "Standing On Business!" designed for students in grades 5-9. This action-packed event is focused on empowering the next generation of leaders through team-building exercises, leadership training, and skill-building activities that help them gain awareness, confidence, and responsibility of what it means to "stand on business"—commit to their goals and take action.
Throughout the week, attendees will explore the world of entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and civic responsibility. Young Leaders will compete in an Entrepreneurship Expo where they will battle to be the best brand and receive the top investments.
