About this event
The Human Potential Conference is back by popular demand! This year’s theme is Mindful Parenting During Times of Uncertainty and Tumult.
This year’s conference explores the journey from adult child to mindful parent, the latest in gender care and inclusion, and strategies for managing screen time and real-world engagement. Sessions will also focus on supporting twice-exceptional children, transforming parental worry into advocacy, and navigating today’s evolving educational landscape.
Featuring this year's Keynote Speaker: Dr. Lindsay Gibson:
Unlocking Your Child’s Potential with Mindful Parenting
(1 CE credit available)
New York Times Bestselling Author of Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
Dr. Gibson will explore challenges faced by adult children of immature parents, including self-esteem issues, boundary setting, interpersonal dynamics, trust concerns, and the journey toward self-compassion. She will also discuss strategies to break the cycle and evolve into a mature, attuned parent or supportive professional.
A Panel Discussion will be led by Dr. James H. Bramson and it will be a featured Podcast on Shrinksrap.com!
Panel on Mindful Parenting:
Dr. Diane Ehrensaft
