Who doesn't crave more influence? Yelling and demanding won't cut it. Influence, and thus impact, stem from connection, empathy, listening, and finding common ground. In this class, we leverage improv tools to teach you how to engage and get buy-in from different types of stakeholders, shaping your message with empathy to influence effectively. This course is adapted from a program that has transformed how team leaders at Facebook build and use their influence.
This is a highly interactive, experiential class. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and be prepared to move a lot! (No improv experience required.)
Class meets in-person on 11/12, 11/14, 11/19, 11/21 from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm
