We offer a U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Approved homebuyer education course that provides an unbiased comprehensive overview of the home purchase process to help create knowledgeable and default-resilient buyers ready for a lifetime of homeownership.

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of both homebuyer education course and individual pre-purchase counseling.

Please note this is an adult only class and there is no childcare available. Payments are non-refundable unless a request for cancellation is received prior to the scheduled class date. Upon request you may apply the registration fee to a future class.
