Enjoy this 5 course Harvest Dinner created by Chef Max Nelson of Central 9th Kitchen. Inspired by the cool air, colorful fall foliage and the season's harvest.
Menu including but not limited to: House smoked Andouille w/ Butter Beans & Chard, Raw Scallop w/Shitake Braised Onion & Horseradish & there will most definitley be a delicious peach dish. Menu subject to change
Each course offers a suggested beverage pairing. You'll enjoy an evening of watching our talented Chef's cook live, right in front of your eyes while sipping on beautifully crafted cocktails, zero proof options and local brews from the great state of Utah.
Doors open at 6:30pm with dinner starting loosley at 7:00pm. Plan to spend a couple of hours enjoying the autumn air, great conversation and incredible food and drink.
