Our goal is to create a welcoming space where you can get active, and build meaningful connections with other Veterans and First Responders. All are welcome—bring a friend, make new ones, and don't miss out on morning of fitness, fun, and community!

Do I need to be a Veteran or First Responder to attend?

Any person, regardless of affiliation, is welcome to attend. The bulk of our community comes from a Veteran or First Responder background. Health4Heroes is committed to empowering Veterans and First Responders in their pursuit of healthy and fulfilling lives- positive community is a part of that!

Is there a cost associated with attending the fitness event?

Nope! This event is free for everyone.

Is the fitness event suitable for beginners or only for experienced individuals?

These events cater to all levels. All exercises and routines can be modified and someone will be able to assist you in finding a suitable difficulty.

May I bring a pet?

Animals are not allowed at this event with the exception of service animals

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the fitness event?

We go rain or shine! The event takes place indoors.
