About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Powerful. Transformative. Unique.

Join us for a healing Sound Bath.

Sound has the ability to reach your deeper and hidden subconscious and then help to release old patterns and blocked emotional energy.

Sound reaches directly into our bodies, bypassing our mind, digging deep and gently shaking loose the stuff we no longer need.

In a group Sound Healing, a Sound Bath, everyone present is saturated in Divine sound emanating from various musical instruments as it reorganizes body cells so they settle back into balance, integrating healing and allowing new energy to flow in. The body is offered the opportunity to heal itself with the help of sound and vibration,

Imagine yourself in a beautiful nurturing space comfortably surrounded by pillows and blankets as you absorb the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and many more instruments.

These powerful sessions bring you exactly the frequency that you need. Change your frequency, change your life.

Doors open at 9:00am and are closed at 9:30am to give you time to get comfy cozy. Plan to be on time.

Sounds begin at 9:30am and will go for approximately 90 minutes followed by light stretching.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolsters, pillows, socks, whatever you need to comfortably lay on the floor. Also bring water to hydrate yourself afterward and a journal to record your magical experience.
