1. What is the Hapé Ceremony, and is it required to participate?

The Hapé Ceremony is an optional part of the experience that involves a sacred blend of Amazonian plant medicine used to awaken the third eye, bring clarity, and ground the mind and body. If you prefer not to participate, you are welcome to simply enjoy grounding breathwork during this time.

2. Do I need to have prior experience with Yoga, meditation, or journaling?

Not at all! Healing Hour is designed for all levels, whether you’re new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner. Everything is guided step-by-step, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace and comfort level.

3. What should I bring to the event?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a Yoga mat, a journal, and a pen or pencil for journaling. We also recommend bringing a light jacket or blanket to stay cozy during the sound bath portion.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Think relaxed, breathable clothing—this is all about ease and comfort.

This is an intimate gathering with a maximum of 12 participants. We intentionally keep it small to create a meaningful and connected experience for everyone.

6. Are refreshments provided?

Yes! Light refreshments and bites will be available at the end of the event during our sip-and-shop experience at Hapiisis.

7. Can I shop at Hapiisis before or after the event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Hapiisis offers beautiful spiritual tools, apothecary goods, and other intentional items that complement the Healing Hour experience. You’ll have time to browse and shop after the closing circle.

We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion.

9. Where is Hapiisis located, and is there parking?

Hapiisis is located in North Hollywood, CA. There is metered street parking right outside of Hapiisis as well as a free parking garage a few steps to the right of Hapiisis.
