Grow Together: Adopt-a-Bed Planting Days

Come join us for our Adopt-a-Bed Planting Days event! We'll be getting our hands dirty planting new flowers and veggies in our community garden beds. It's a great opportunity to learn about gardening, meet new friends, and grow together as a community. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a total newbie, everyone is welcome to participate. Don't forget to wear comfy clothes and bring your gardening gloves! Let's make our community garden bloom with color and life!

1. Do I need gardening experience to participate?

No experience needed! We’ll have garden experts and volunteers guiding you every step of the way. This is a great opportunity to learn!

What should I bring to the event?

We recommend bringing: -Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes -Gardening gloves (if you have them) -A hat and sunscreen for sun protection -A reusable water bottle (we’ll have refills available)

Is this event free?

Yes! This is a free, community event, and all materials (seeds, soil, tools) will be provided.

Can I bring my kids/family?

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event—kids, parents, and grandparents are all welcome to participate!

What happens after I adopt a raised bed?

You’ll be responsible for helping care for your plants—watering, weeding, and harvesting. We’ll provide ongoing workshops and support!
