Welcome to Genuine Hustle, Shenandoah Valley 2025. We are super psyched to all be together again!

Get ready to connect with like-minded individuals who are in the business and passionate about improving the industry, clients, and our own lives. Join us for a two-day gathering filled with inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and networking - this event is organized by practitioners for practitioners. No sales gimmicks or pitches, just the straight scoop. Located in the gorgeous Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, one of the most beautiful areas in the country that we are so proud to share with you!

Whether you're a seasoned agent or just starting, this event is perfect for anyone looking to learn, grow, and have fun doing their day-to-day with creativity, purpose, and drive for that special sauce. All the more important to check in with this crew in these times of change.

Prepare to take a deep breath and embrace a slower pace, especially if you are coming from a big city. We have it all here in the Valley - historic architecture mixed with beautiful mountains, great food, and hospitality. You’ll be rested and supercharged for your busy life when you return.

Located about 45-60 minutes from Dulles Airport, we suggest coming in Sunday afternoon at the latest so that you can join us for a welcome Happy Hour and start unwinding and get the lay of the land. Earlier is fine, too. There are many beautiful hikes, wineries, and glorious mountains to explore here.

More about the transportation options as we get closer, but there are several ways to get to the venue. We think renting a car is a good idea, and our Facebook group is a great place to coordinate plans.

What's included in the price of the ticket?

Along with admission to the event, your ticket price includes continental breakfast and lunch both days, drink tickets for Monday night happy hour, swag bag, and more!

I'm flying in, when should I arrive?

Washington Dulles or IAD is the closest airport. We recommend arriving Sunday afternoon (at the latest) to join us for our Welcome Happy Hour! It's a fun area so feel free to come in earlier. Our room block starts Saturday and ends Wednesday for early-comers and late-leavers!

When will the event start?

The conference will officially begin at 9am on Monday, February 24th.

How long is the conference?

We're excited to bring you two FULL days of content! The conference will run from roughly 9am-5pm on both Monday and Tuesday.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying right at our venue, the Historic George Washington Hotel in beautiful Downtown Winchester. The room block has limited capacity at a fantastic rate! What if the George Washington is full, or I'd like another option?

No problem! We have a couple backup venues as needed. More info to come on this as we gauge booking.

Do I need to rent a car?

No. You may want to if you care to explore the greater Shenandoah Valley area. There are lots of cute historic towns, hikes, wineries, and breweries to see by car.

If I do drive in/rent a car, where can I park for the event?

For those driving in, the hotel parking lot is adjacent to the venue and is $15/day

Are meals provided?

Breakfast and lunch are provided. Please be sure to answer the questions around any dietary request/restrictions so that we can be certain to accommodate. Dinners groups with captains will be available, and there is plenty within walking distance for folks to do their own thing if they wish, also.

What about transportation from the airport?

Car rental is an option. So is Uber. The Uber rates are roughly $95 (Uber X) to $186 for Uber XL. (holds 6) The FB page is an awesome place to connect with others to ride share to the venue. 5 Star Chauffering is also an option approximately $185 one way.
