Gentle Flow Yoga & Reiki Healing Experience

This class is designed to help you reset and restore your nervous system, offering a peaceful and nurturing space for relaxation and healing. Through mindful breathwork and slow, embodied movements, you will be gently guided into a deep state of calm, allowing your body and mind to release tension and find balance.

The bonus of this class is a 20-minute Reiki session at the end, where healing energy will further support your relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed.

What to Expect:

  • Mindful breathwork and slow, intentional movement
  • A calming and nurturing atmosphere for deep relaxation
  • An hour of a gentle yoga flow
  • 20 minutes of Reiki healing to enhance your relaxation and rejuvenation with guided meditation
