The full moon phase of the lunar cycle illuminates our inner emotional landscapes. It's the best time of the cycle to explore, express, and integrate our feelings, which are powerful messengers from our hearts. When we tap into this phase, we connect to a quantum frequency that allows us to build self-awareness and see inside ourselves with greater clarity. This monthly gathering supports you in connecting deeper with yourself and regulating your emotions.

What to Expect

Every lunar cycle and full moon channels different Astrological dynamics depending on the positions of all the celestial bodies in our Solar System. During this circle, I'll share an update on the cosmic themes, expressions, and traits actively present during the current and upcoming lunar cycle and how to flow with these dynamics.

We will also do an energy exercise to help you utilize and harmonize with the full moon dynamic. This exercise could be a guided meditation, mindset practice, or similar activity to build self-awareness and explore, express, and regulate whatever emotions are present in your life.
