Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Bath on the Beach

Join Aaron & Sophie for a powerful and immersive session to welcome 2025 with clarity and creativity. This co-facilitated event features a 25-minute Owaken breathwork session led by Aaron followed by Reiki energy work seamlessly integrated into a resonant sound bath by Sophie. Together, we will set intentions and crystallize our expansion into the creative matrix for the year ahead, anchoring transformative energies to support your personal journey.

What to bring:

• Please bring a towel, blanket or yoga mat to lie on.
• Bring a sweatshirt, extra blanket sand any other comfort items you may need as it gets chilly at sunset.
• An eye pillow or eye mask for savasana during the sound bath is a great addition.

Location: We will meet on the beach between Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower and Tower 34.

Parking: There are a few options for parking

• Highland x Rosecrans Ave Parking Lot (free during December). Walk all the way down Rosecrans until you hit the beach
• El Porto Parking Lot (paid meters): enter the lot by the Chevron at 45th St and Vista Del Mar. Park all the way at the end of the parking lot by the bathrooms & Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower.
• Street Parking in the neighborhood

With a focus on deep intention setting and energetic expansion, she creates a space where participants can explore their inner realms and embrace their fullest potential.

Sophie Pyne is a licensed therapist, coach, sound healer, reiki practitioner, and avid nature lover. She has personally experienced incredible transformation through reconnecting with the healing powers of Mother Nature and holistic modalities, and her mission is to share this healing and passion for life with you.
