Frequently asked questions

What do I bring to the workouts?

Make sure your baller is dressed in workout clothes, brings their basketball and water bottle. We will also have an air pump to help any deflated basketballs.

Is there seating for parents in the gym?

Yes, there's seating for parents but we do not permit parents to coach their children from the sidelines.

My daughter just started playing basketball. Is this session a good option for her.

We highly suggest you participate in our weekend morning sessions, but if you think your daughter is ready for higher level workouts, we encourage you to ONLY sign up for the 6:30pm - 7:30pm session.

What session is for my daughter who plays travel basketball but needs more work on her skills?

We highly recommend you sign up for our 7:30pm - 8:30pm session. This will be high intensity and attention to detail workouts followed by playing at the tail end of the session!
