The evening will feature dishes from il Buco's 30th anniversary menu with a local California touch. Donna will be on hand to sign books and raise a glass to celebrate.
First Course:
Crostini Trio
- Burro e Alici- Cantabrian anchovies, cultured butter, buckwheat rye
- Chanterelle crostini- Sauteed chanterelles, Chevre, crispy sage leaves
- Persimmon crostini- Fuyu persimmons, whipped ricotta, local honey, pepitas
Second Course:
Yellowtail Crudo with blackberry conserva
Third Course:
Puntarelle & shaved fennel salad with a lemon anchovy vinaigrette
Fourth Course:
Housemade Gnocchi, pan seared with wild mushrooms and caramelized shallots
Dessert:
Chocolate budino with chantilly creme
