In celebration of Self-Love Month, join us for an enlightening session with Dr. Aaron Olden, where he will share his personal journey and explore the powerful connection between mind and body. Learn how nurturing both can lead to improved overall health and wellbeing.

About Dr. Olden:
Aaron Olden, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician, medical acupuncturist, and registered yoga teacher. He was named one of Rochester’s 40 under 40 by Rochester Business Journal in 2017. Dr. Olden’s private practice, Mindful Medicine Rochester, is located in Penfield. He uses mindfulness, acupuncture, and other holistic approaches to help his patients manage stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and other conditions.
