Come join Sarahtwellness + Genesis PT & Wellness for some VItamin D, getting to know other fun peeps, & a stroll around Washington Park! Sarah and Amelia will take you through a brief stretch/warm up and then we can go get our steps in! This is an opportunity to make friends and/or to have a Q+A related to the Pelvic Floor or Pelvic Floor Therapy with Amelia or about Personal Training/Health Coaching with Sarah!

*Sarah and Amelia will have some signs so you can find us - we will meet in Wash Park at the corner of EXPOSITION + S DOWNING ST by Smith Lake and the Big Garden (NorthWest side of the park). There is a small parking lot nearby, or street parking. Plan accordingly as we will start walking around 445!
