The always-active area of election law litigation has seen a number of developments over the past few years. From redistricting to other election related challenges, there have been no shortage of lawsuits for lawyers to be following. The upcoming November election will also likely see its fair share of lawsuits.

Join the Milwaukee Chapter of the Federalist Society for a luncheon featuring Atty. Taylor Meehan, a partner with Consovoy McCarthy whose practices focuses on constitutional litigation and redistricting law matters. Atty. Meehan and her firm have been involved in many high-profile cases across the country and before the U.S. Supreme Court. She will discuss how election litigation strategies have evolved, what the Supreme Court has had to say about it, and what we might expect going forward.
