WHAT

The Echos & Embers Music Festival is the rebirth and next stage of the Fireside Chat Reunion hosted by us last summer. This year we will have two nights of music, camping, food & drink, vendors, fireworks, and a general celebration of summer with friends old and new. This festival is open to the public, so come for an evening, or pack up the camper and stay the weekend.

WHERE

Rock Stream Retreat located at 2990 Nye Road, Rock Stream, NY 14878.

WHY

Who can't resist a chance to get together with friends and share exaggerated memories while making new ones? And chances are pretty high that no one will get upset with you yelling "Freebird" during the closing band's show.

PARKING

• Free General Parking, Designated ADA & Motorcycle parking
• VIP Parking passes available for purchase online ahead of the event

PUB & GRUB

Food & beverages will be available for purchase onsite.

RAIN|SHINE

This is a rain or shine event so come prepared to have a great time either way!

DON'Ts

• Bring any weapons
• No glass containers
• Bad attitudes
• No pets

CAMPING

Camping passes are available for purchase ahead of the event and good for the entire weekend.

TENT CAMPERS: We're going to use a per-person pass and a festival camping set-up for tents. You will park in the general (free) parking lot and walk your gear the short distance to where you pitch your tent.

RV CAMPERS: The RV camping area is a level, easily accessible area for all forms of RVs and travel trailers. This area is separate from the tent camping area and does not have hook-ups.

• An RV pass is for the camping vehicle. Each member of your group does NOT have to purchase a pass - but each RV (camping vehicle) must have a pass. Group size per RV is determined by your comfort level so bring a friend or two!
