Down Set Lead Men's Mini Session 3 - Stress Management (Annapolis) - 90 minutes

Come join us at Annapolitan Assisted Living for the third mini session of this Down Set Lead Men's series! In this session, we'll focus on handling stress.

A recent survey found that 8 in 10 men between the ages of 25-45 had experienced moderate to extreme stress in the past 12 months, and men are 4 times more likely to commit suicide than women are. That said, while you can control a fair amount of what happens to you in your life, you can learn to truly control your reactions as life happens. Together we will look at the full dynamic of managing stress in this workshop, from action planning, identifying stress sources, and tracking stress; to processing the attached energy that comes with stress both mentally and physically.
