About this event

This Bhakti Yoga class offers mindful movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation steeped in love and devotion. It is an affirmational practice offered to help connect us to the divine within and the universal divine. This is an accessible class that can be practiced on a chair or a mat. Yoga mats are limited - so bring one if you have one. We have plenty of chairs.
