The seminar gives an overview of how development control guidelines are applied to residential, industrial and commercial developments. It will also cover guidelines for conserved buildings.

FAQs
Do I get CPD points when I sign up for this event? 
Yes. 4 CPD points will be awarded by SIA for participants who sign up and attend this event, and 2 CPD points will be awarded by CEA. If you would like to obtain CPD points, please do the following during registration:
1. Present your NRIC (for SIA members, we will need to scan your NRIC for attendance records)
2. Fill in your BOA/SIA/ CEA registration no. on the attendance sheet.
3. Sign on the attendance sheet.
As there is a minimum attendance requirement for CPD points, please contact us if you would like to claim CPD points but are not able to stay for the whole duration.
For CEA members, you are required to fill in the feedback form as we will need to share the seminar feedback with CEA. 
When would the sign-up of the event close?
The last day of sign-up for the DC Seminar 2018 is on 20 January 2018. 
 
What's the refund policy?
There will be no refunds for paid tickets. You are encouraged to find a replacement for the paid ticket.
 
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You can edit the registration information.
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please bring your printed ticket or have the PDF ticker ready on your mobile device for check-in during the registration process. 
 
What time does registration start on the day of the event?
The registration starts at 8.30 am. You are advised to come early as the Seminar will start promptly at 9 am.
 
How do I get to URA Function Hall, 5th storey at the URA Centre?
You are advised to take the glass lifts to Level 5 of the URA Centre. The glass lifts are located within the URA Centre and they face the Maxwell Market.
