Join us for the first of four nights where we will delve into the world of mindfulness and equip you with the understanding and tools to help you make this amazing practice part of your everyday.
The first night in the series will look at the importance of focusing on the breath & whole body. You will learn about releasing yourself from daily habits and the power of being truly present.
