ABOUT THIS RETREAT:

Stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion have become the norm for many of us. We move through life feeling weighed down, constantly pulled by the next task, the next obligation, the next crisis. But what if you could meet life’s turbulence with a steady mind and an open heart?

Cultivating Inner Peace in Turbulent Times is a retreat designed to help you do just that. In this immersive one-day experience, you’ll learn how to recognize the patterns of thought that create stress and suffering and discover practices that help you break free from them.

Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ How false perceptions shape our reality and how meditation, yoga, and other practices can help us see clearly.

✔️ The power of mindful presence in overcoming distraction and emotional overwhelm.

✔️ How letting go of habitual thought patterns creates space for clarity and peace.

By the end of this retreat, you will . . .

✔️ Feel a Deep Sense of Inner Peace – You’ll leave with a grounded, centered presence, knowing how to access peace even in challenging moments.

✔️ Have Practical Tools for Your Daily Life – From meditation techniques to breathwork and mindful movement, you’ll have a toolkit to navigate stress with clarity and resilience.

✔️ Understand the Hidden Obstacles to Peace – You’ll recognize the mental patterns that create suffering and learn how to shift your perspective toward inner peace.

✔️ Experience Greater Emotional Balance – With guided practices in mindfulness and self-inquiry, you’ll cultivate a healthier relationship with your emotions, allowing you to respond more often than react.

✔️ Feel Reconnected to Yourself – Through reflective journaling, deep relaxation, and meaningful discussions, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom and rediscover what truly brings you peace.

✔️ Be Ready to Integrate These Practices into Your Life – This retreat is just the beginning. You’ll return to your daily life with a clear plan to incorporate these insights and tool, so inner peace becomes a way of life—not just a temporary experience.

ABOUT JACK UTERMOEHL:

I'm Jack Utermoehl, an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher and YACEP with a foundation in vinyasa yoga, bhakti yoga, and kriya yoga. My journey through yoga began with a search for answers to my depression. Dedicated to the study of yoga, my practice has also led me through Advaita Vedanta and Jungian archetypal philosophy as I overcame my depression.

Since 2015, I have been on a mission to share and teach yoga. My passions, rooted in adventure, exploration, and interconnectedness, have shaped my teachings to open up pathways for others to explore their own hero’s journeys. In 2018, I started the Bhakti House yoga community on the Western Slope of Colorado, creating a supportive space for practitioners to gather and grow together.

In 2022, I founded Asivana Yoga Company to provide high-quality yoga gear, resources, and knowledge to fellow practitioners. Continuing my mission to connect and inspire, I began Bhav Spiritual Jewelry in 2024, offering meaningful, spiritually oriented jewelry at yoga festivals to support spiritual journeys. Through these ventures, I aim to bring people together and share the transformative power of yoga.
