<P><SPAN>Teams must name all baristas and the company they work for. Registration is $30. After 8 teams have signed up there will be a waitlist for alternates that will be chosen at random if one of the 8 teams can’t make it.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN><B><SPAN STYLE="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sans-serif;">*Only 1 team per company may register.</SPAN></B></SPAN></P>
<H2><STRONG>About Crush the Rush:</STRONG></H2>
<P>This Summer, La Marzocco USA presents an all-new team-based barista competition! Crush the Rush will feature 8, three-person teams competing in a head-to-head, single-elimination tournament. In each round, teams will race to deliver 8 perfectly-made drinks to the judges table faster than their opponents. the fastest team will move on to the next round.</P>
<P>In each round , a new surprise will await the competitors to increase the difficulty. At the end of the night, one team will be crowned the chamption, and will receive the soon-to-be-legendary Crush the Rush trophy and a whopping cash prize of $300!</P>
<H2><STRONG>What to Expect </STRONG><BR></H2>
<P>Crush the Rush focuses on bar flow efficiency and technology. Teams will need to optimize their work-flow and responsibilities in order to improve their speed.  Teams will be competing on Strada AV with Scales that will need to be programmed in order to maximize efficiency and accuracy. </P>
<P>Stay tuned for an instructional video that goes through rules and gives a rundown on what to expect the night of the battle!</P>
<H2>Team Spirit Award!</H2>
<P>We're also giving an award for the team with the most team spirt. Judging criteria include team uniform and creativity, teamwork and overall excitement.</P>
