1:00 - Warm up & gentle yoga flow with The Coterie Wellness Studio

1:30- Cardio dance class with Diva Dance Charlotte

2:00- Functional strength training with Alloy Personal Training

2:30- Bodhi Love Yoga led by Rachel Dahlstrand Behn

3:15- Booty & core workout with BFT Southend

3:40- Transformative sound bath healing led by Wellness Wonderland Collective

4:00- Event concludes
