Our Mission is to bridge the gap to home ownership.
Santa Cruz County Association of REALTORS® Housing Foundation (SCCARHF) is a local nonprofit organization focused on providing funds to help low to moderate income individuals and families become homeowners through our Closing Cost Assistance Grant Program. We also assist in educating first-time homebuyers about the process of finding and buying a home, and are building relationships with local housing agencies to better coordinate our efforts towards making more local residents homeowners.
Sine 2005, We have given out 332 grants to first- time homebuyers!
