What is the refund policy?

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to kimmy.ngo@verdicalgroup.com no later than April 9, 2025. Refunds will not include processing fees. After April 9, 2025, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions for another attendee may be accommodated.

Where do I park for this event?

Self-parking is available in UCLA Parking Structure 8, Level 4, directly across the street from the center. The rate for day parking is $16 and the rate for overnight parking is $32. Parking can be paid for at a nearby parking kiosk or via the QR codes found at the parking structure.

Will lunch be provided at this event?

Lunch will be provided at the event for Full Access passholders while light snacks will be provided for General Access passholders. Lunch is available for purchase nearby at Ackerman Union which offers a variety of restaurants (2-min walking distance).

What is the dress code for this event?

Please attend the event in business casual attire.
