The Bubble Meditation Workshop combines traditional meditation techniques with the imaginative concept of bubbles to create a soothing and engaging practice. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a fresh perspective on cultivating inner peace and focus.

We’re excited to announce that the creator of The Bubble Club, Ray, will be joining us on August 2nd for a joyful and collaborative event!
We’ll start with a calming Bubble Meditation to help us center, breathe, and let go. Then, we’ll ease into free bubble play guided by the playful spirit of The Bubble Club. This special session blends mindfulness and fun, offering space for both stillness and joyful movement. It’s perfect for all ages, and a great way to celebrate connection through bubbles.

In this workshop, Kara will:
🫧 Share how bubbles can represent the transient and delicate nature of our inner experiences, thoughts, and emotions.
🫧 Guide you through a 50-minute meditation using creative visualization, mindfulness, and group discussion
🫧 Share techniques for cultivating mindfulness and letting go of attachment(s)

Enjoy an unique meditation experience that will take you on a journey of mindfulness and relaxation. Immerse yourself in the soothing power of bubbles as you learn to connect with your inner self. No prior meditation experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Bring your friends, family, or 4-legged companions for a beautiful, bubbly morning!
