Are you a local wedding or event planner, day-of coordinator, bride-to-be, groom-to-be, or the friend or family of someone planning their big day?! Join us Saturday, February 8, for an afternoon of exploring and networking with others in the industry as you tour our fantastic facility in Downtown Smithville while enjoying live music, catering, bar menu (including craft beer and craft cocktails made in house by our awarding-winning bar staff), and more.

This event will introduce you to our venue as well as several local vendors to ensure all aspects of your event are covered. We can host any event, so come visit the rebirth of the cool, right here in the Upper Cumberland at the Harvester Event Center! Free and open to the public, ages 18 & up.

Concerts, live perfomances, weddings, corporate events, private parties - we do it all! Bert Driver's Burlap Room Beer Garden & Live Music and Harvester Performance & Event Center are open for tours and bookings. Burlap Room is a primarily outdoor venue featuring the Red Bud Stage (with options to move to the indoor Solstice Stage during inclement weather) located on the 7-acre grounds of Bert Driver Nursery. The Harvester Performance & Event Center is an indoor venue (with an outdoor patio) that features The Flatwoods Concert Hall (which includes The Yella Dog Lounge, The Black Walnut Bar and Mezzanine, 500 sq. ft. stage with built-in sound system).
