Will there be ADA Seating?

Yes. The venue is ADA-accessible including wheelchair accessible bathroom units available. If you have any questions or need help with your arrival please contact melissa@justinbproductions.com

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.

Do my children need a ticket?

Children 12 and under get in free with a ticketed adult.

Are there campsites available?

Yes. Our campground offers a variety of sites to fit your needs, including: Full Hookup RV, Non-Electric RV, Group Tent, and Tent Only sites. Please call 540-817-6061 or email camp@dbbrewingcompany.com with camping questions.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. No weather-related refunds will be issued.

What items are prohibited?

Absolutely no weapons, illegal substances, illicit goods, fireworks, laser pointers, drones, outside food or beverages, professional cameras, coolers, baskets, tents or pets (with the exception of service animals) will be permitted at the event.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the show?

No outside food or drinks will be allowed in the concert grounds. Food and beverages will be available to order prior to and during the show and free water is available. Valid photo identification is required to purchase alcohol.

Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

Yes. Lawn chairs and blankets are permitted inside the concert area in designated areas only. Seating in that area is first-come, first-served. Please respect others’ property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Can I bring my bag or backpack in?

Yes. All bags are subject to search before entering the venue.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, all well-behaved dogs that are up-to-date on their vaccinations are welcome! Check our website for additional information.

Are cameras allowed?

Professional cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited, as are recording devices.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes! As long as the concert is not sold out.

Justin Billcheck Productions is an event production company based out of Central Virginia. In 2010 Justin co-founded The Festy Experience and in 2012 The Virginia Craft Brewers Festival before co-creating Hoopla in 2016 and Seafood & Brews and Music In The Blue Ridge in 2018. In addition to producing events at Devils Backbone Brewing Company, Justin is also an operations manager for The Bonnaroo Music Festival (TN), Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival (CA) and FloydFest (VA).
