About Our Host
With over 25 years of experience in the craft beer & beverage industries, Erik has helped open up and/or operate brewing companies in WNY, NYS and throughout the country.
He is owner of Beer By Coleman, where he works as a craft beer consultant and creates and executes virtual and in person tasting experiences throughout the country. He served as the Director of Trocaire College's Brewing, Distillation and Fermentation Dept. He also is a co-owner of RationAles, an elevated craft beer and cocktail bar in Williamsville, NY, He ia a Co-host, with his wife of the "What Are We Drinking About" with Bougie & the BEERst FB/IG Live & Podcast,He is also involved in various craft beer organizations and initiatives, such as the Western New York Brewers Guild, New York State Brewers Association , and the Start A Brewery group
