We’ve got yoga mats and eye masks covered. Some people like to bring a blanket or shawl for comfort, a water bottle, and any personal items you may need (e.g., eye mask or journal for reflection).
It’s completely normal to feel emotional or intense sensations during breathwork. You’re always in control and can slow down or stop if needed. Jack Bauer, the facilitator, will guide and support you throughout the session.
