I was helping re-code several functions on a website, and it was hard. I felt inadequate and way out of my comfort zone; I was getting tripped up on very basic features. Was I really cut out for this? I thought. Couldn’t someone else do a way better job anyway?The nitty gritty of tech can already be difficult enough without the self-doubt and constant feelings of rejection. These feelings are amplified for women, but I didn’t have to let them eat away at me and keep me from working.You are not alone.
