<h2>What is Mission:Unite about?</h2><p>Mission:Unite is THE hackathon in Singapore with an aim to catalyse youth action in connecting people with diverse racial and religious backgrounds. Hackers will be guided by thought leaders, policy makers, aspiring entrepreneurs, hackers, and mentors across the region to explore and hack solutions with the objective to strengthen social harmony.</p><h2>Theme</h2><p>Hacking for cohesive societies</p>

<h2>Event details </h2><h3>Hackathon P1 (9am to 5pm): TBC </h3><p><strong>Activities :</strong> Introduction &amp; Ice breakers, workshops, Fire side chat with SGAG, and networking lunch with mentors</p><h3> Hackathon P2 (9am to 5pm): TBC</h3><p><strong>Activities :</strong> Mentor sessions, workshops, ideation &amp; prototyping, final pitch &amp; prize giving ceremony. </p>

<h2>Why should you join?</h2><p><strong>Stand a chance to win prizes : </strong></p><ul><li>Top 3 teams will receive grants of up to $50,000</li></ul><ul><li>Top 10 teams will receive $1000 cash to kickstart projects</li></ul><ul><li>Gain access to mentorship opportunities and a network of like - minded individuals </li></ul>

<h2>Participation criteria</h2><li><strong>Team size: </strong>3-5 members  (at least one member has to be  a Singaporean)</li><li><strong>Age:</strong> 35 years and below</li>

<h2>FAQ</h2><li><strong>Who will own the solution?</strong> The solution solely belongs to teams. We will not hold any rights for your solution</li><li><strong>Is the grant applicable to Non-Singaporeans? </strong>Teams must consist of a Singaporean team member.</li><li><strong>Am I required to have an idea or form a team before the launch?</strong> Not necessarily, as participants will get a chance to network during part 1. However, there are no restrictions for early team formations.</li>
