The Julia Community, with NumFOCUS

JuliaCon is the annual conference for the Julia programming language, where scientists, programmers and data scientists come together. 

JuliaCon is going virtual in 2020. As a result, attendance will be free, but registration will still be required to access the conference. Over the years, JuliaCon presentations have ranged from introductory to advanced and have been from industry and academia. The conference consists of workshop events deep-diving into a particular Julia package or subsystem and traditional conference talks as well as longer keynote talks. The conference ends with an informal hackathon day where you'll get the chance to hang out in with Julia developers to collaborate on your favorite Julia projects.
