It&#x27;s purpose is to make you feel surrounded on all sides, overpowered and acquiescent. At Oakland Privacy, our saying is that we watch the watchers. We mean it to flip the script on the eternally watching eye and return the favor by doing some persistent monitoring of our own. The secret weapon is public records.
