Prague Hosts the International Smart City Hackathon Urban.Moscow Tech

On November 9th, for the first time, Prague will play host to the international stage of the competition for developing digital products for the urban environment, Urban.Tech Moscow hackathon. The international tour visits several cities, including Riga, Tel Aviv, Minsk, Yerevan, Almaty, and Moscow. The final stage and presentation of the Moscow Mayor&#x27;s awards will be held in Moscow, from November 29th to December 2nd. The three winners from the Prague stage will have the opportunity to take part in the road show the tour of innovative Moscow. From there, they will be able to finalize their project and present it to the leading IT companies, including Mail.ru Group, Kaspersky Lab, VTB and more. The prize for the hackathon is 140,000 euros, which will be paid out in the final step in Moscow. The focus of Urban.Tech are IT products and services for contemporary digital cities in the following areas: smart city, artificial intelligence, financial technologies, management systems, and marketplaces. The organizers invite Android/iOS developers, web developers, UX/UI designers, product and project managers, data science specialists, marketers, and technology entrepreneurs. To participate in the hackathon, you need to gather a team of 3-5 people, and present the idea for solving one of the tasks to the jury of experts. An entire day on site is dedicated to developing a presentation. The presentation should reflect the concept and architecture of the solution, describe the technologies used, the expected effect of implementation, and the required team.
