Tech Rebalanced began in 2013, originally as Tech Lady Hackathon, is an organization dedicated to rebalancing representation and power in tech to better reflect our communities. <A HREF="https://techrebalanced.org/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tech, Rebalanced</A> #7 -- formerly Tech Lady Hackathon -- is a gathering of hundreds of DC area folks from underrepresented genders/sexes (women, trans and non-binary folks, etc.) for a day of friendly learning and hacking. Coders, tech strategists, newbies, nerds, and the curious are all welcome! 
Doors open at 9am and we'll kick off at 9:45am. Dress comfy! We'll be serving a light breakfast, coffee, tea, and lunch. 
There will be nearly 30 workshops and discussion groups ranging from 'AI Ethics' to 'Decision Making for Career Empowerment.' Hacking projects will take place all day long and be open to all levels.
More than just a day of tech, Tech, Rebalanced is a day of community building and there will be many opportunities for networking, mentoring, and connecting with the rest of the awesome people in attendance.
Everyone who does not identify as a cisgender man is invited.
