Our events are focused on Capitol Hill, but all can participate

How old should my child be to ride their own bike?

Unlike our standard monthly rides, this ride is targeted to children ages 2-6. Older siblings are welcome to ride along, but we ask that they either stay behind or ride alongside their younger sibling(s).

Question 3

Do I need a helmet?

Accepted Answer

We ask that all participants in our rides wear a helmet.

Question 4

Can I ride a scooter?

Accepted Answer

We ask that everyone participating ride a bicycle. Balance bike, trike and training wheels are  encouraged for the Littles Ride)

Question 5

How long are the rides?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the event. But expect the ride + event to be 1.5 to 2 hours with frequent stops.
