What is it?

This program welcomes all new employees in Europe to attend an Orientation Program in London within their first year with the firm. This orientation is focused on the European region specifically, as well as the Investment Management and Central team members who are based in Europe.

New employees are invited roughly three months after joining. Employees who have been with Hines for longer than a year, but who would benefit from the program are welcome as well. This is an exciting opportunity to visit the Regional Office, meet key regional people and learn more about the firm. It is available to all full-time, permanent employees in Europe.

We will start at noon on Thursday to allow you to fly in that day.
We will end on Friday late afternoon.

If you are unable to attend this session, further sessions are scheduled at least quarterly.

We have held a block of rooms for the group at the Mandeville Hotel and will reserve a room for those of you who are not based in London. Please coordinate your booking with Agnese Sparnina at london.reception@hines.com

Transport:

You can fly into any London airport. Directions for ground transport can be found on Google Maps or by using the CityMapper app.

  • Heathrow - The quickest way to get into town from Heathrow is via the Heathrow Express Train which goes into Paddington. We are a quick tube or taxi ride from there.
  • Gatwick - The quickest way to get into town from Gatwick is via the Gatwick Express Train which goes into Victoria Station. We are a quick tube or taxi ride from there.
  • London City – London City is well connected to the London Underground system and is the quickest way to get to our office.

We will have a waitlist and if the guest list fills up before you sign up, then you can add yourself to the waitlist using the Eventbrite link. You are welcome to register for a later date as well.
