The food system requires re-thinking and innovating. New business models are required, and data and technology can be used to support changes that can lead to healthy, nutritious, trusted, transparent, informed and more efficient food systems.This year teams will be experimenting with new recipes, twists on a Hong Kong favourite. Experimentation and innovation will take place in a kitchen environment. Teams will work through a systems and design thinking approach and will be expected to research the market, product, trends, target and other stakeholders.Over the weekend of September, this exciting and innovative event aims to disrupt the food system in a circular economy. Those joining will create teams with people from different skills and learn to develop a potential startup.
