He has worked from Indigenous Australians to corporate Austrians. He has had the privilege to work around the world with diverse teams on some pretty complicated problems. </p><p>Interesting fact: He was born on friday the 13th, his initial are ABC, And Dee and Adam have won two major hackathons together! </p><h3><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/deescarano/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dee Scarano</a> </h3><p><strong>Consults and coaches startups and large corporations around the world in product strategy</strong></p><p>innovation methods, and rapid validation of business ideas. She&#x27;s trained teams and lead innovation initiatives at organizations such as Google, Twitter, Microsoft, Tetra Pak, Lufthansa, Verizon, and many more.</p><p>Interesting fact: Dee can’t burp! Which is way more annoying than it sounds. She has a motorcycle license and likes to take solo bike trips, she’s going to ride around Scotland next week!</p><h3><a href="https://de.linkedin.com/in/matiferrero" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Matias</a></h3><p><strong>Design manager at Zalando</strong></p><p>Mati is a many-hats-kind-of designer from Buenos Aires living and working in Berlin for the past 13 years. He currently leads a team focused on designing services and products at Zalando. Before that, he focused on service and interaction design at Fjord, working for clients like Lufthansa, Facebook, Siemens, Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen among others. His Berlin journey started doing  product design and development at a failed startup, both as a designer and a product manager. Before crossing the ocean, he crafted brands and worked on print design.</p><p>Interesting fact: Mati has won two hackathons but with other teams!  He has never repeated a job title in his 16 years of design career, he can walk with his hands, and he has been to the southernmost city in the world and the northernmost city in Europe.</p><h3><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/melanierobalino" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mela</a></h3><p><strong>Strategic Design Director at Edenspiekermann</strong></p><p>Mela has more than 10 years of experience in service design and digital product building across multiple industries. Her expertise in user research, design thinking, and business strategy allows her to understand the needs and motivations of users on a deep level and create meaningful experiences.</p><p>Interesting fact: Mela has never participated in a hackathon! She started her career in advertising when UX was still unknown territory. And she has different last names depending on which country she is in.   </p><h2>T﻿he Location: </h2><p>AMBOSS is a medical technology company based in New York, Berlin, Cologne, and Cagliari. Their knowledge platform has revolutionized medical knowledge acquisition and usage at the point of care. The company was founded in 2012 by physicians, and their international team has grown to over 400 physicians, scientists, and software engineers. Today, over a million healthcare professionals in 180+ countries rely on AMBOSS for general study, exam preparation, and evidence-based recommendations to make effective clinical decisions.</p><h2>Interaction and inclusion</h2><p>This is an interactive event and all those that come are invited to connect, participate and network.
