Women in Product Toronto presents an in-person event to discuss problems you’re facing and share solutions.

Loblaw Digital

This month, Women in Product Toronto in partnership with Loblaw Digital will be hosting our first in-person event since 2020. Oftentimes as Product Managers, we can feel very alone in our role. Whether it’s because we’re the only PM at the organization or we’re one of many but working in silos on our product - the challenges and problems we face are often ones where we carry the weight of the decision. With everything going on today, it’s important that we connect and share with other folks who may be going through similar struggles. Join us on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 5:45 pm EST for an intimate event where we will breakout into small groups to discuss challenges and lean on one another for support and advice. What we hope you’ll get out of this event:<ul><li>A feeling that you’re not alone. If you’re experiencing something at work (hello imposter syndrome!), most likely there are other folks experiencing similar things. </li><li>A realization of how much you already know and can help others by sharing your experience and suggestions.</li><li>New suggestions and tactics that you can try. The power of brainstorming as a group can do wonders for finding solutions.</li><li>Maybe having made a new friend or two :) </li></ul>A gentle reminder to all attendees:To be respectful to all participants we kindly ask that all attendees aim to arrive before 6 pm to secure a seat for this event. Due to the nature of the event and that the doors &amp; elevators may be locked, it can be difficult to accommodate late arrivals. Note that attendees will be required to sign in with a piece of photo ID. <h3>Be aware of our event policy before you sign up: </h3>Women In Product Toronto aims to create safe spaces &amp; allow for authentic connections of women-identified product professionals. Our events, whether online or in-person, aim to allow women-identified or non-binary product folks to authentically connect as themselves without fear of discrimination, intimidation, invasions of privacy, or abusive behaviour.
